After getting back from Owen Sound visiting our good friends the Campbell’s (who have 8 kids!) we put the kids to bed and made some dinner. I was feeling like cooking so I went on to the Jamie Oliver website and got this receipt for salmon tikka with cucumber yogurt. I don’t think I added enough chili……it could have been a bit hotter! I’m not trying to toot my own horn but it was pretty awesome! Its super easy to make and you can make it in under 20 minutes!
Saturday was a pretty lazy sunny day so we pulled out the sprinkler and let the kids go to town on it!
That looks quite delicious!…I’ll have to try the recipe or you can make it when you’re here…an even better idea! nothin like kids in the sprinkler! esp when they’re yours!
Jer, your kids are heaps cute! man the weather looks nice and warm there. and as for that salmon man i need to come over and experience the states and canada! please say a big g’day to mel for me. bless ya… oh and we are having the best year of surfing since i can remember:)
